Jess & Dominik Uhlig are the founders of Green Food Australia. Two hospitality professionals whos recent caravan adventure living “off grid” around the country exposed the faults in daily life surrounding waste and the excess usage of resources we as a community abuse every day. Power, water, air & fuel.
When you live “off grid”, you cherish every use of the wattage in your battery, every ml of water in the tank and every little bit of gas because you never really know when you might run out!
Also the luxury of being able to take rubbish to a bin, to never be thought of again.

What we do
In collaboration with local commercial vendors, Green Food Australia removes food waste from establishments and processes the waste into a fermented bio-accelerant called XLR8 Bio.
